The 5 Gallon Bucket Lid Press from Xpect Solutions has been designed to replace the brutally hard process of manually hammering on lids to each bucket as it moves down the production line.

The 5 Gallon Bucket Lid Press automatically captures and positions each bucket as the lid is pressed on with up to 2400 lbs of vertical force. The bucket is then released and the next bucket is positioned for processing. The system is designed for a continuous flow operation.

The 5 Gallon Lid Press can accommodate buckets from 1 gallon round or square up to 6 gallon round buckets.

The 5 Gallon Lid Press is equipped with a PLC controller and simple operator controls and is capable of processing up to 10 buckets per minute or 600 buckets per hour hour.
